Counselling with care, compassion, and understanding
Here to Support You - A Little About Me
I am a qualified counsellor, who is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have experience of supporting both young people and adults through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
I believe that the heart of counselling lies in building an authentic, trusting relationship where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. My approach combines psychodynamic, humanistic, and person-centred therapies, which means I focus on understanding the deeper feelings and experiences that influence your thoughts and behaviours, while also respecting your individuality and encouraging your personal growth in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space.
I am based in Southwest London, offering both face-to-face sessions and online counselling via Zoom.
Services Offered
Online Counselling
£50
Online Counselling (via Zoom): I offer online counselling sessions, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, low mood, or navigating life’s challenges, online therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Sessions are held via Zoom, which is simple to use and secure. This flexible approach means you can fit counselling into your schedule without the need to travel.
Session Length: Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes.
What to Expect: In our first session, we will talk about what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work. There is no pressure or obligation — it’s important that you feel comfortable and able to make the right decision for you.
If you’re unsure whether online counselling is right for you, I’m happy to answer any questions and help you decide.
Face-to-Face Counselling
£60
Face-to-Face Counselling: I offer confidential face-to-face counselling sessions in a private, comfortable setting. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or other difficulties, these sessions provide a safe space to explore your feelings and work towards understanding and growth.
Sessions are typically held at a convenient location that ensures your privacy and comfort. Meeting in person allows for a more personal connection, which many clients find helpful in their therapeutic journey.
Session Length: Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes.
What to Expect: During our first session, we will discuss what brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. This initial meeting is also your chance to ask questions and understand how I work. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in your decision to continue.
If you have any questions or concerns about face-to-face counselling, please feel free to reach out. I’m here to support you.
